Here’re few tips that may help you to avoid the excessive use of fast food:

  • Do eat something, before you go to shopping.
  • Always keep some healthy snacks at home. Do take them with you if you’re going out.
  • Do watch some movie or have an outing with the money you saved from fast food.
  • Be busy in some healthy activities.
  • Drink a good amount of water.
  • Set some rules, and be strict to your rules.
  • Think of the place where fast food is prepared, as nothing is as hygienic as your own kitchen is.

    Well Pelf, prices are no doubt increasing round the world, but even if fast food is available at lower prices, the excessive intake is not good at all!
