It is also very important that you should change your brush after every month. To brush your teeth correctly, spend at least two minutes using a recommended technique, which includes 30 seconds brushing each section of your mouth (upper right, upper left, lower right and lower left), both morning and night.
Toothbrushes are offered with varying textures of bristles, and come in many different sizes and forms. Most dental professionals agree that a soft-bristled brush is best for removing plaque and debris from your teeth.
