Water is essential element for us. We have to drink at least 8 to 10 glass in a day. There are a variety of reasons to drink plenty of water each day. Water is important to us because our lungs must be moist to take in oxygen and excrete carbon dioxide, and water helps lungs to do this. Water also plays a vital role for chemical reactions in digestion and metabolism. Drinking plenty of water reduces the risk of so many health issues people face, especially cancer: bladder, breast, colon and kidney
