As you know that there many advantages of eating vegetables like carrots, spinach etc. so in the same way eating Carrots has many health benefits. Carrots can be eating as raw or cooked food. Raw carrots can be added to salads, or served with vegetable.
As we know that carrots contains Vitamin A and beta-carotene which is an antioxidant that works to prevent cancer and heart disease.
- By using carrots we can lower our cholesterols level, in this way our blood pressure will remain stable.
- Carrots are rich in vitamins too. Carrots contain vitamins B, C, D, E, K, calcium, iron, phosphorous, and potassium.
- You need vitamin A for normal vision, so by eating carrots we can improve our eye sight too.
- Carrots also give healthy skin, nails, hair and bones.
- Carrots do contain more sugar than other vegetables and therefore should be mixed with other vegetables and proportioned accordingly.
- Carrots are low in calories and a good source of fiber, they can help you lose weight if necessary.
