Stress in any form is not good for health, and excess of stress may cause anxiety. According to the experts, the most common and usual cause of anxiety is stress.

Generally, people who get stressed on minor problems feel nervous, and suffering from such situation for a long causes anxiety. These people will be out of anxiety, if problem is out.
