There’re various reasons for facial wrinkles, but the fact cannot be ignored that they occur naturally with age as well. The natural occurrence is the result of deterioration of Elastin and collagen fibers. These fibers actually make the skin flexible, and lack of these make the skin less flexible.
With the increasing age, there’s very less activity of oil and sweat glands, due to which the skin often gets drier. Further, the Fat in the skin often shrinks that causes sagging.
There’s no specific age where the wrinkles appear, instead it varies according to the health condition and hereditary factors. Wrinkles, however, are observed to appear around the eyes, upper lips and on the neck first. It’s also said that normally, people with fair skin get wrinkles earlier than that of people with darker skin.
Though heredity plays a vital role in determination of the age for wrinkles to appear, but the most important factor is health condition. Hence, a proper diet and a better skin care can make a real difference.
