Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) is also known as Cumulative Trauma Disorder. It’s basically an occupational overuse syndrome. In other words it can be called a work related upper limb disorder.

It’s a recent illness concept according to which, one can overuse a tool, such as a computer keyboard or musical instrument in a way that causes tissue damage leading to pain.
