In the present age almost every one is irritated, especially teenagers by the problem of Acne. Having oily skin naturally leads to two major problems, being acne and blackheads.
When there is increase in the level of sex hormones known as androgens, the sebaceous glands produce more oil because these androgens increase and activate the sebaceous glands. The extra sebum that is produced is the main cause of inflammation and acne.

Oily skin is shiny, thick and dull colored. Oily skin has coarse pores and pimples and other embarrassing blemishes. It is prone to blackheads. Oily skin needs special cleansing with plenty of hot water and soap to prevent the pores from being clogged.
On the positive side, it is a strong and resistant skin and develops less expression lines than other skin types. The great advantage of oily skin is that it ages at a slower rate than other skin types.
Here are few tips to take good care of oily skin:
