Behind reviewing the existing McDonalds nutrition facts I have decided to make it easier for customer to make intelligent choices by listing my McDonalds Best Choice Awards. Remembers you do have a choice Mickey D’s has made an effort to offer some healthier alternatives to choose from. It is your duty to build that intelligent choice.
My biggest apprehension when analyzing the McDonalds nutrition facts was the amount of vein clogging saturated fat found in each item I also paid close attention to the amount of calories found in every item. Following list of the McDonalds best choice awards.

- Chicken McNugget 4 pieces 2 g saturated fat 170 calories and Fruit and Walnut Salad 2 g saturated fat / 310 calories

- The Caesar with grilled chicken 3 g saturated fat 220 calories and Chicken McNuggets 6 piece 3 g saturated fat 250 calories
