Walking has been described as the nearest thing to perfect exercise because it is free, easy, and it is suitable for everyone regardless of fitness. The reason is because; walking is generally a safe movement that isn’t likely to cause injury. It adds more health to your everyday lifestyle.
There are so many other things that walking can do for you. Cardio vascular workouts are great and walking is a great example of one. Walking actually protects your heart. But it’s not just physical health that can benefit from walking. Our mental health benefits too.
