Piles or a haemorrhoid is one of the most common ailments today. Piles are a painful, itching mass of distended veins in swollen anal tissue that may protrude out of the anus. A pile is usually related with a bad lifestyle. Prolonged periods of sitting or standing, mental tension etc can also case Piles.

Plies can cause by a junk food diet with too many fried, fatty foods and insufficient hydrating liquids, fiber, and bulk. Piles are also caused due to the weakness of the tissue that connects the anal cushions to the muscle layers underneath.
