Allergies can be tracked right into the house on our shoes, clothes, hands and hair. To protect your child from allergies you have to clean your house regularly with the vacuum pump. The most important thing which can be the big factor of allergy in children is the smoke. Protect your child from smoke. The child shouldn’t have to breathe cigarette smoke. Otherwise smoke will irritate her lungs and make her vulnerable to serious breathingproblems.

There are different mineral which are consider very important for our body. Iron is one of them. Iron is considered a necessary mineral for body function and for good health. Every red blood cell in our body contains iron in its hemoglobin, the pigment which is responsible for carrying oxygen to the tissues from the lungs. This is essential in providing energy for daily life. Iron is also vital for brain development.
As we know that Cow’s milk is low in iron, and its iron is poorly absorbed. The most common cause of iron deficiency in infants is that they drink cow milk. Proper nutrition, which includes a diet rich in iron, is important for all kids. To prevent iron deficiency you should feed your infant meat, fish, and whole grains etc. Beans; blackstrap molasses; raisins; and dark green vegetables also contain iron in them.
Drinking a lot of milk also can lead to bleeding in the intestines. Red meat is the best source of iron. Cooking in iron pans can help by adding iron to the food. Eat an iron-rich diet during pregnancy. Iron-fortified products such as cereal can be a great way to get kids to get more iron. Infants younger than 1 year should drink only breast milk because breast milk is rich in iron.

Cow milk is the most common cause of food allergy in infants and children. Regular milk is made up of protein, carbohydrates or sugar, fat, vitamins and minerals, and water. A milk allergy occurs when the immune system mistakenly sees the milk protein as something the body should fight off. So cow milk is the cause of allergy in infants.

- Abdominal pain or cramps are also responsible for cow’s milk allergy.
- Respiratory is another cause of allergy which allergy includes wheeze, cough, and runny nose.
- Vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, faltering growth and distress are other symptoms of cow‘s milk allergy.
