Ingredients:
- oil for deep frying
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1 dash ground black pepper
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- * 10 chicken wings
Step By Step Preparation:
- Heat oil in a deep fryer to 190 degrees C.
- Combine the butter, hot sauce, pepper and garlic powder in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Stir together and heat until butter is melted and mixture is well blended.
- Remove from heat and reserve for serving.
- Now mix together the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt in a bowl.
- Place chicken wings in a large nonporous glass dish or bowl and sprinkle flour mixture over them until they are evenly coated.
- Cover dish or bowl and refrigerate for 60 to 90 minutes.
- Fry coated wings in hot oil for 10 to 15 minutes, or until parts of wings begin to turn brown.
- Now place wings in serving bowl, add hot sauce mixture and stir together and serve.

Ingredients:

- 6 free-range eggs
- 1 tbsp. light sour cream
- 1 tbsp. light mayonnaise
- 3/4 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. green relish
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, optional
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation Method & Directions:
Hard cook eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and set whites aside. Mash yolks with fork. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended. Refill whites, using about 1 tablespoon yolk mixture for each egg half. Chill to blend flavors.

Ingredient:
Note: These ingredients will make a dish to serve six people. If you want to have less or more, manage it accordingly
- 100g almond meal
- 1 cup (250ml) water
- 1 tbs ghee
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- 4 whole cloves
- 12 fresh curry leaves
- 4 green cardamom pods, bruised
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 brown onion, finely chopped
- 12 chicken thigh fillets, chopped
- 1/2 cup (125ml) thin cream
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Toasted flaked almonds, to serve
Preparation Time:
1 hour
Method & Directions:
- Combine almond meal and water in a medium bowl. Set aside for 1 hour to soak.
- Melt ghee in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds, cloves, curry leaves, cardamom, garlic, turmeric and onion. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until onion softens. Add chicken and almond meal, and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes. Add cream and cook for 15-20 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat. Stir in garam masala. Season. Sprinkle with toasted flaked almonds to serve.
