Lately, we discussed how can swimming help you increasing height. In the growing taller tips series, here’re two good exercises that can help you have better height.
Let’s start with Cobra. To do it, lie on the floor with your face down with palms on the floor under your shoulders. Start arching your spine up leading with your chin. Arch as far back as you can. Do each repetition for about 5-30 seconds. As you see it stretches the body, it helps increasing height.
Moving towards Bridge, it also stretches the body, but in a different way. To perform Bridge, lie down with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor as close to your bottom as possible, grab your ankles and hold onto them while rising your hips up and arching your spine, lifting your abs towards the ceiling. Lift your abs as high as possible. Then lower. If you can’t hold onto ankles, keep your arms to the side and use them to push yourself up. Do each rep from 3 to 10 seconds.

A good height is one of the prominent features of a good personality. Some people may experience lack of confidence just because of height problem. Height can be increased using some exercises and other natural ways to a specific age. If you’re in late teens and facing short heightedness, you may do efforts to cover it up.
Swimming is the healthiest sport, but a great exercise to grow taller as well. It helps improving your growth as it stretches your body, and helps you become stronger and tougher. Going for swimming regularly works best. For better results you must try different swimming styles. Crawl is the most useful style as it’s stretching maximally for each stroke. And doing it on regular basis will greatly benefit your growth and flexibility.
