Overall it is expensive piece of equipment which has many disadvantage also. But if you want to purchase it then you need to have a thorough research for the best one. Better suggestion is to go outside for jogging or walking to breath in fresh air instead of purchasing it.

You should be careful enough to make sure that it should not exceed to too much extent, as too much liquid intake may start reducing milk production!

Regarding food, the diet of a breastfeeding mother should include up to two thousand five hundred calories per day. This limit can be extended up to two thousand eight hundred calories per day, in case of new mothers.
