In malice of industrialization and modernization man has chosen to remain an indoor soul. The EPA studies persuasively indicate that we stay indoor 90 percent of the time and the reason is palpable we feel safer and more secluded indoor than outdoor.</p>
<p>Excluding we can never be too sure for there is a roaring lion trying to consume us at home in the office, in other buildings. Then what are you breathing, that is where the lion roars and reigns.</p>
<p>Immobile remember the phenomenon called unwell building syndrome, we persist to experience its manifestations such as sore eyes, burning in the nose and throat, annoyance or fatigue. Its unattractive head shows up in allergies respiratory illnesses, heart disease and even cancer. Inside air pollution must be recognized for what it is and it is the number one enemy of today&#8217;s civilization.</p>
<p>If the technology has meaning at all it must be able to win the war among finality. The livelihood room is the perfect house of indoor pollutants like pet dander and hair. Together can trigger reaction and asthma attacks. So we need to keep the pets in check and away from upholstered furniture, carpets, and stuffed toys. In addition nobody should exercise the right to smoke indoor if he wants to see the children enjoy their right to a happy and healthy childhood.</p>
<p>Every forms of indoor air pollution abound in this part of the home. They are stands there so to talk and to be breathing clean air or not does not need to be a question at all.  Breathe freely is a categorical essential in the language Kant and we owe it to our children. They ought to have the best and the cleanest air to breathe and is the enemy formidable not really? Authoritative technology &#8211; green technology if you will now abounds for us to administer the lethal blow and this time with scorched-earth finality.</p>

The cold season should not be an excuse for the person  to refrain from exercising. Exercising during the cold and flu season  will help people stay in shape, and most likely fight off colds.</p>
<p align="justify">Most doctors  allow their patients to exercise when they have a cold, as long as they  don&#8217;t have a fever and when they exercise. However, it&#8217;s probably better  to stop exercising altogether when you have an infection.<span id="more-1547"></span></p>
<p align="justify">Most experts  recommend that if your symptoms are above the neck and you have no fever,  exercise is probably safe. The key is to make sure you have no difficulty  breathing during or after a workout. Intensive exercise should be postponed  until a few days after the symptoms have gone away. However, if there  are symptoms or signs of the flu, such as fever, extreme tiredness,  muscle ache, swollen lymph glands, you should skip working out altogether  until you feel much better.</p>
<p>Research shows  moderate amounts of aerobic exercise such as brisk walking and cycling  during the cold and flu season boost the body&#8217;s defenses against viruses  and bacteria.</p>
