It may seem a bit strange, but scientifically and experimentally it’s a proven fact that to tone your abs, you need to use your legs. Standing up for a little long lets you feel some tension in your stomach. Give it a try and see.
When you run, the abs get tighten and that effects the stomach muscles. According to experts, you don’t need to run with high lifting foots, i.e. quickly lifting your heels only works much better. It’s like staying on one place and lifting the body only to the toes. Doing this very quickly is the best way. In case if you’re not going for jogging outside, and are on traveler, even then it’s like running but staying on the same place works same.
Some other ways for stomach exercise can be:
- Treadmill running
- Fast walking etc
One thing you must keep in mind that you can’t just make the belly flat without losing weight from some other parts, so work on those areas as well.
