Organic foods have a good number of nutrients that fight with breast cancer and many other diseases. Inclusion of such food in diet, i.e. fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy foods and grains, make a perfect healthy diet for a breast cancer patient as well as for a normal person.

Some organic products are, however. Said to have no ingredients to fight with breast cancer, i.e. food produced using pesticides, so make sure that fruits and vegetables you’re using are healthy products.

Dairy products and meat are, however, certified organic foods and they do not contain any growth hormones. But there’s a controversy over “Bovine” as well. It’s a chemical usually fed to cows, and is said to stimulate the growth of breast cancer cells.

Do include organic foods in your diet, but be careful for the correct choice as well.
