Here’re some guidelines:
- Include high-fiber meals in your diet, i.e. cereals, legumes, vegetables and fruits. It helps you be away from junk food and thus improves digestion that makes your skin better.
- Avoid refined carbohydrate
- Junk food is the main source of fat intake that should be reduced to a greater extent.
- Lessen the use of fried foods.
- Include zinc in your diet. It’s found in. Soya beans, liver, oyster, sesame seed
- Drink a lot of water.
- Avoid food with fatty acid, i.e. margarine, peanuts etc.
