Hamdard's Safi: Product Review

I heared about it from a friend, and didn’t like it’s taste initially, but it worked best…. my face full of pimples turned into a neat and clean one… it’s great!
I heard that Safi contains high level of arsenic substances such as mercury, and lead. This was found in USA and Canada. If so then why is it still sold?
is hamdard safi is used to reduced weight.

Can it be diluted with water ?
i am damn sure safi dosnt contain arsenic and murcury because murcury and lead and arsenic dosnt have any property for pimple eradication.first of all u should to be understood the difference between arsenic and murcury/lead….Dr. asif (hamdard university)
Although Safi is good and clears your system however it does have high levels of Arsenic and Lead (not sure of other heavy metals). Unani medicine works with heavy metals. My doctor did my blood test and found high content of lead in my blood (27). Normal count should be 1-7.
I still take Safi as it seems to clear my bowel from time to time.
i need to know wen shud safi be taken lik empty stomach?and hw long will it take to give good results for acne?
