Seaweeds Help Preventing Breast Cancer

Posted on December 04, 2008 by admin

Researches and experiments have shown that Seaweeds like Kelp and Chlorella have anti-carcinogenic effects. So the use of seaweeds can help reducing the amount of carcinogenic estrogens, and thus lowering the risk of breast cancer.

Other seaweeds, like Nori and Spirulina (blue algae) are also proven to be anti-carcinogenic. Having these two, i.e. Nori and Spirulina in a glass of juice daily has considerable positive effects.
