Role of Vitamin A In Dry Skin Prevention

Vitamin A is necessary for healthy and glowing appearance of skin. When there is an absence of Vitamin A in your body, then your skin becomes dry. A diet with insufficient amounts of vitamin A can lead to dry skin because vitamin A is responsible for the maintenance of healthy skin, as well as hair. Therefore, try to include plenty of vitamin A in your diet.
