Skin is the largest organ of your body. Body is playing very important role, which protect you from the environment and Acne, being the biggest problem of the largest part of the body can have a very negative impact on a person’s life. There is also a common relationship between the stress and acne.
If you are stressed out, it will reflect on your skin first. Stress is a physical, mental, or emotional factor that can come from any situation and thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry and nervous. Acne can cause stress too. Many studies indicate that stress plays very important in causing acne.
- When your body is thrown into an emotional state you will produce more hormones Which leads to bigger break outs and acne getting worse which lead to acne.
- Stress increases the quantity of sebum, which can make your overall skin look bad.
- If you can control stress, you will sleep well in a majority of cases. Both these along with a healthy diet will lead to less and better results in beating acne.
- Stress related diseases like psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, alopecia areata etc are also damage your skin and cause acne.
