Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups chopped pineapple
1 cup low-fat milk
1/3 cup “lite” coconut milk
10 ice cubes

Preparation:
Blend pineapple, milk, coconut milk and ice cubes in a blender until frothy. It’ll make 2 servings of about 1 cup each
