Physical Symptoms of Anxiety

Physical symptoms of anxiety may vary from person, depending upon the type of anxiety he/she is suffering from. But some common symptoms are those that almost all types of anxiety sufferers share.

One of the most common symptoms is frightening situation. Sufferers may also feel that their heart is going to burst or they are just unable to think etc. Some other symptoms may include:

  • Sweating more
  • Inability to concentrate on the things
  • A running away attitude and escaping avoiding things
  • Shortness of breath
  • Faintness and/or weakness of the legs
  • Heart palpitations
  • Shaking
  • Nausea
