Take Vitamin B complex + extra Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12, all the B vitamins are needed to obtain a healthy skin and hair. The juice of snake gourd has been found beneficial in the prevention and treatment of dandruff. The juice should be rubbed over the scalp for this purpose. Apply warm coconut oil on the scalp with a cotton ball. Leave it overnight. Apply the juice of a lemon on the scalp the next morning and wash your hair as usual after 30 minutes.
