Factors That Trigger The Migraine Attack

There are several factors accelerating or triggering the migraine attack. Some of these are as follows:
- Disturbance in sleep-wake cycle
- Missing a meal
- Delaying a meal
- Some specific foods
- Frequent consumption of medications for headache
- Exposure to bright lights
- Sunlight and fluorescent lights
- Watching TV in excess
- Excessive noise
