Weight lifting is one of the best ways to gain weight. It’s really not difficult to start exercising with weights. Most of the women believe that weight lifting will make them look like a bodybuilder or it may sound “manly”.
If you’re also one of those women who get worried after seeing some women in fitness magazines, with muscles that resemble a man are, you must now change your opinion about weight lifting. These women actually take some form of unnatural hormone, i.e. testosterone supplements. These suppliments make them look like a body builder.
If you’re thicker and want to gain some weight, weight lifting is the best choice for you. But don’t forget the importance of nutrients and balanced diet. You must have a right diet plan along with the exercise.

Not only women.. male athletes, bodybuilders, wrestlers etc. also use certain synthetic (laboratory made)hormone commonly known as “steroids”. Many big names of wwe etc and other bodybuilders and weightlifters are on steriods.
