Disadvantages of Negative Calorie Food
Negative calorie foods like Apples, spinach, lemon, papaya, broccoli, carrot, cauliflower, cabbage, asparagus and celery etc are dietitians’ recommended low calorie foods, and they contribute a lot to balance your weight. Including these in diet plan returns you with a healthy and fit life.
Taking negative calorie diet for long, however, may have some issues. It may not be that healthy, as exclusivity to zero calorie foods can lead to starvation. Our body needs fat and proteins as well, so that it can function properly. These foods do not contain fats and proteins, even in fewer amounts, and hence can be the cause of fatigue by weakening your muscles if no other food is taken along with them.
