If you’ve some pets you must know about Zoonoses. Before going to explain what it is, you need to know that there’re some illnesses that can be spread to umans via pets. Pets can actually carry certain bacteria, viruses, parasites, and fungi that can transmit infections to people, making them ill. These infections from animals can be of variety of severness, and can be highly dangerous to babies and young kids, pregnant women, elderly people, and people whose immune systems have been weakened by illness or disease.

Now coming to Zoonoses that is pronounced as ‘ zoo-uh-no-seez’ is a term used for all infections that can be passed from animals to humans. Mostly, people get zoonoses on getting bitten or scratched or being  into contact with an animal’s waste products, saliva, or dander, i.e.flakes from hair, feathers, or skin etc.
