Dark Chocolates Lower The Cholesterol Level
Dark Chocolate is said to be a good one in many different concerns, but it’s too good for lowering cholesterol level. You’ll find dark chocolate great, but make sure that it’s really dark. A good dark chocolate contains at least 60% cocoa, and the higher it goes the better it is.
Some may conflict it with milk chocolate, which is not the same one. Milk chocolate doesn’t help you in fighting with cholesterol at all, as it is sweetened with sugar and the processes it undergoes during manufacturing removes all the flavonoids in the chocolate.
The difference of milk chocolate and the dark chocolate is enough to select one for your better health. So, stick to the dark chocolate and avoid milk chocolate to control your cholesterol level. A recommended intake is 1 ounce per day.
