Self awareness in teenagers is a big help to have anger management in them. They should be taught about knowing themselves, i.e. evaluate situations that make them angry. This awareness creates a sense of managing the situation. They can notice their response to irritating experiences and can better respond a situation in non violent attitude.

Self awareness also creates self control whereby one thinks first and acts later. Self control and self awareness are the two aspects of anger management, but work in coordination, and both are of vital importance with special reference to anger in teens.

According to experts, anger in any case is not good for health, and an uncontrolled one destroys the joy and freshness from your face. Spoiling your day, it creates ambiguity in all what you’re to do, and hence creates hurdles on the way to your success.

Scientifically, when your anger flares up, your facial muscles become tense letting your facial expression turn into a scowl. Continuity in this situation can adversely effect your health. If you suspect that you’re having or will have an anger problem, do try and talk to a close friend about it. Get feedback on your anger.

If it’s alarming to be un-controrlled, work on it, and try to control it, else it’ll eat your beauty!
