Acne comes from a Greek word for “eruptions on the face. Many of us think that acne occurs because of eating junk foods like fried foods or chocolates. But it’s not true. The real thing is that any of the foods will not cause acne. It is also a common thought that acne is caused by dirt.

The causes of acne are many. Acne is a common skin disease characterized by pimples on the face, chest, and back. Acne is a skin condition that affects mainly teenagers when they are growing up. This acne not only affect your personality but they also cause a lot of tension.

  1. The major cause of for your acne is that, when your body is over acidic/ toxic.
  2. Acne in women is due to excess male hormone production; it is diagnosed by an onset of the condition in adulthood.
  3. Improper combined food causes impaired digestion; this is also another cause of acne.
  4. Acidic food like meat, wheat, sugars, etc are responsible for the cause of acne.
  5. Friction from chinstraps, backpack straps, shoulder pads, and especially resting your chin on your hand are other causes of acne.
  6. Hormones, Cosmetics, Heat, humidity and bacteria determine the course of acne.
  7. Poor diet will be another factor, which can cause acne.

Rosacea is a very common and chronic skin disorder. It causes redness and pimples on the nose, forehead, cheeks, chin and sometimes the eyes as well. In most of the cases, Rosacea is cyclical, i.e. you may experience symptoms for a period of weeks or months, then the symptoms fade for a time before flaring up again in the future.

Rosacea often occurs in three phases, with symptoms growing progressively worse with each phase. It’s though not life threatening, but can be dangerous in a sense that the skin disorder, and embarrassment due to it can lead towards emotional disorders.

It’s always advised not to squeeze pimples, because squeezing pushes bacteria and pus deeper into the skin. This can cause more swelling and redness, and further the scars can be more prominent, and these scars may also get permanent.

Since squeezing is not the way to get rid of pimples, and it stimulates the scars so better is to have patience. Not touching pimples and leaving them as it is will let them get away at their own without leaving any sign.

You can, however, artificially dry the pimple so that it can heal quickly, and for this apply 5% benzoyl peroxide gel or cream once or twice a day.

Honey & Cinnamon: Natural Cure For Acne 0

It’s a very quick tip, all you need is honey and cinnamon. Take 1 tsp of cinnamon powder and add 3 tbsp of honey to it. Make a mixture of it, and apply it on pimples only. Keep the paste on pimples for longer duration. Better is use it in the night, before sleeping and keep it overnight.

In the morning, wash the paste off with warm water. This type pf paste works equally well for all types of skin, so you can apply it without worrying for skin type. Further it quickly eliminates many types of harmful bacteria from inside your body and can help curing stomach ache, stomach ulcers, etc.
