Quick Home Made Remedies For Acne, Blackheads & Pimples 4

Here’re few quick remedies, that are available to you almost all the time at home.  Applying these will work for sure, but in case of severe acne problems, better is to consult a dermatologist.

  • Dab a small amount of toothpaste (paste, not gel) on pimples before bed; this helps dry out the pimples.
  • Mix equal amounts of lemon juice and rose water, apply to face with a cotton ball, and allow to sit for 30 minutes before rinsing. 15-20 days of this application helps cure pimples and also helps to remove blemishes and scars.
  • Apply fresh lemon juice on the affected area overnight. Wash off with warm water next morning.
  • For acne that hasn’t seemed to respond to anything, steep 2-3 tsp. dried basil leaves in 1 cup boiling water for 10-20 minutes, cool, and apply to affected area with a cotton ball.

Body is playing very important role, which protect you from the environment and Acne, being the biggest problem of the largest part of the body can have a very negative impact on a person’s life. There is also a common relationship between the stress and acne.

If you are stressed out, it will reflect on your skin first. Stress is a physical, mental, or emotional factor that can come from any situation and thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry and nervous. Acne can cause stress too. Many studies indicate that stress plays very important in causing acne.

  1. When your body is thrown into an emotional state you will produce more hormones Which leads to bigger break outs and acne getting worse which lead to acne.
  2. Stress increases the quantity of sebum, which can make your overall skin look bad.
  3. If you can control stress, you will sleep well in a majority of cases. Both these along with a healthy diet will lead to less and better results in beating acne.
  4. Stress related diseases like psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, alopecia areata etc are also damage your skin and cause acne.
