Studies have showed that outdoors Exercises are also very useful because sunshine not only helps us to treat depression but it also energizes you. Exercises like, aerobics, spinning, interval training, body sculpting, yoga, pilates and belly dancing are also helpful for reducing depression.

    Said perfect … exercise the word itself means working out … but people look out just for physical reason , but actually and ideal work out should be for both reasons .Do not you think.
