Banana Strawberry Smoothie: Quick & Healthy Recipes

Ingredients:
*Note: The ingredients below will make two servings. You can add or remove them according to your requirement.

  • 8 strawberries, frozen
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 tbsp. skim milk powder
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 heaping tbsp. high- quality protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp. flax oil (optional)

Preparation Time:

5 minutes

Preparation Method:

Process all the ingredients in a blender until thoroughly mixed. And now serve the fresh smoothie.
