Neck pain is very common in people who spend most of their time in front of computer, and it needs proper exercise to get rid of it. But a big problem is that these people do not have enough time to do so. Here is one of the quick exercises for such computer geeks.

Agreed with Lee…. it didn’t require too much move…. so I doubt if it really works…
