Having healthy, shiny and or bouncy hair is a dream of everyone regardless of gender difference. Healthy hair need a proper care that includes proper washing, conditioning and oiling. Some people just don’t like oiling hair, but it’s very important. Reason for the greater importance of oiling is that the massaging and oiling of your hair stimulates the blood circulation. Increased blood circulation helps hair to grow much healthier.

For good hair oiling practice make sure that you massage your scalp with hair oil and leave it overnight, so that it can be absorbed and provides nutrients to hair and scalp. Also use a steamed towel to cover your hair for half an hour for best results to get shiny and lustrous look.

Although oiling is very important, but doing it daily is not good as well. Better is to oil your hair at least thrice a week. Oiling hair on regular basis helps hair look beautiful, so take five minutes out of your routine and have best hair.

You might heard of Laser tooth bleaching. It’s a simple procedure whereby teeth that have non removable stains or yellowness are whitened. Following this procedure, the gums are protected from the bleaching gel with a coating of sealing wax and cotton gauze, that make it a safe teeth whitening procedure.

Getting a little more into the procedure, how it works is as follows:

A specific gel is applied to the teeth and then teeth with gel are exposed to a laser light that activates the bleach. On getting laser exposure, the gel helps breaking down the molecules of stain. Once these molecules are broken, the stain gets removed, and appear the clean and white teeth.
